Norma and Scotty,
I was very sad to hear that Laverne passed away. As you know I spent many years together with my good friends Laverne and Scotty on the Training Committee and as friends in the Fire Department. Laverne and and Scotty always had many laughs together and no one was more committed to Fire Training than Laverne. Not only have we lost a great Leader, but also a man the people respected and loved.

My condolences to all the Maracle family. Laverne served on the reserve fire dept, when my husband Vern was a member of the Deseronto fire Dept. My prayers are with you at this very trying time.
We were saddened to learn of the passing of our dear friend "Fish". Ours has been a thirty year friendship and we will remember fondly the many happy times we
shared over those many years.
