Mrs. Belcher will be missed by all of the staff and volunteers at the Deseronto Public Library. She was one of our dedicated readers and we enjoyed the visits when she could come in to see us. We continued to supply her with reading material at her home. May she enjoy the library in heaven. Thinking of you all in your time of loss. She will be missed
Our thoughts are with your family at this time. We will always remember and be thankful for Joan. Her kindness,concern and friendship for our mom Edna Booth was a great comfort to us as when we couldn't be there, we knew Joan was. A lovely lady indeed. We have often spoke of Joan and her kindness not only to Mom but us as well.
