Obituary of John Jeffries

Jeffries, John John Jeffries, born in Chapleau, Ontario February 14, 1920 and residing on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory peacefully passed away on March 27, 2014 in Belleville, Ontario at 94 years of age. John, a retired Anglican priest and school teacher, lived in many locations in the country including Constance Lake, On., Toronto, ON., La Ronge, SK., Nipawin, SK and Vancouver, BC.. Predeceased by his wife Jean Jeffries (2003) and daughter Judalon Jeffries (2001). Father of John Jr. of Ponoka, Alberta, Rod of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory and Randy (Karen) of Saskatoon, Sask.. Loving grandfather of Jason, Zachary, Nathan, Kaleb, Luke and Samuel. Great grandfather of Finley!! He is also survived by and will be missed by many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law and friends from around the world. Resting for visitation at his home, 267 Ridge Road, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory from noon on Saturday March 29th until Monday morning March 31st. Funeral service will be held March 31st at 11:00 am at Christ Church, Church Lane, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, Ontario.
