Galt, Joan Nadine (nee Thompson) It is with great sadness that the Family of Joan Galt announces her sudden passing on November 21, 2012 at the Lennox & Addington Hospital, Napanee in her 72nd year. Daughter of the late Azel and Adeline Thompson. Beloved wife of the late Robert Galt. Cherished mother of Richard (Angela) and Robert. Treasured grandmother of Rachel and Joshua. Loving Sister to Jim Thompson (Johanna). Predeceased by Joe Thompson (Hazel), Edith MacDonald (Ross), Marion Tousignant (Russ), David Thompson, Milton Thompson, Bemadine Withers (the late Everett) and Noreen Hubble. Joan will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Family and Friends will be received at the McGlade Funeral Home, Deseronto, on Monday, November 26, 2012 between the hours of 2 – 4 & 7 -9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
