Dear Sandra, Catherine and Jonathon,
Ricky (as we began calling him, upon strict instructions from Eric himself), came to us presenting many challenges. It did not take long for Ricky to become a favourite of all staff. Rest assured, he was well loved, even when he was ‘testing’ our capabilities,, which he sure did! Please accept our most sincere condolences on the loss of your dear father. It has been our privilege to care for him. He is missed beyond belief!
