Phil was a wonderful encourager to our family while we ministered in Deseronto. While usually quiet and not out spoken, he always seemed to listen and take an interest in our lives, especially our children. One of many examples is that of our son. Finding our that our son had joined air cadets, Phil brought him quite a few model air planes to put together. It was his way of showing he cared.
A wonderful encourager, he will be missed by many.
