To the entire O’Sullivan family and extended family I wish to express my sincere condolences on the loss of Louise. It took me a long time to be able to call her Louise and not Mrs. O’Sullivan. Louise taught me grade 2 she was always my favourite teacher. As an adult, I remember going to tea with the Catholic women’s league. Louise always had such style and I loved to see what hat she would be wearing to any event. Her smile lit up the room, and she was always a pleasure to visit. I will always remember that smile and I will miss her greatly. Lisa (Brooks) Miklos

Condolences to the family. In the early 50's she taught me Grade 2 & 3 at SS #7. According to my Report Cards she thought I did pretty good. I'm sure it was all thanks to her.

Mrs O'Sullivan was my third and fourth grade teacher and she was my all time favourite teacher. Her patience and kindness is memorable. I saw her in Belleville many years later while shopping and I went to say hello to her and introduce myself, but to my surprise she remembered me and called me by name! She left an impression on my life that I will never forget.
My condolences to her family.

My sincere condolences to the O'Sullivan family on the passing of my dearest Aunt Louise .As a little girl I thought of her as being much like Queen Elizabeth,-always dressed to the nines & never leaving home without her hat & gloves on.Always a prim & proper lady.
The only time I felt that she was disgruntled with me was on her wedding day when I was one of her flower girls (only 3 at the time) I refused to walk down the aisle & have my photo taken. She had no idea how frightened the flash camera made me.
She always made me feel special when I spent two weeks holidays instead of 1 at the farm with delicious meals, fashion magazines galore. She even took time out of her day to hunt for material & pattern to make a dress for me.Little didi I know that she was planning to take me to a dance at Beaver Lake where uncle Bernie & his band were playing that night. I was in my glory as she knew how much I loved music & dance.
For years their family & mine (Toby & Dodie Courneyea) would gather for NewYears turkey dinner in Tweed & mom would always make her traditional carrot pudding & sauce for dessert. For some reason Louise thought the pudding sauce was gravy & proceeded to scour Barry's mashed potatoes with it. !! Barry says "mom these are good mashed potatoes but they are awfully sweet " We all had a big laugh over that & years to come.
Thankful for all that we shared tears,& laughter. Now the Queen sits on her throne beside her King. And as Louise would always say "Isn' that just lovely" .
With Love & admiration your niece Judy Sinclair.

We lost a truly grand lady with Louise’s passing. Barry and Len have enjoyed their mum’s love and devotion for years. She always praised her ‘boys’ to the highest and felt cherished in return. We mourn her death but celebrate her life.
My daughter, Nicole in Utah and my son, Michael in North Carolina expressed their feelings of loss at the news and share in our grief.
