Bruce and Family,
It took my breath away when I heard of Kim''''s passing. I know that she fought the most courageous fight. It is with a sad heart that I never took more time to visit her. Kim was a great friend and colleague. My family sends our heartfelt condolences to you and may each hr, day, week and month that passes builds your strength, and weakens your sorrow, and allows you to move forward as best you can.
