Obituary of Kimberly Ann Kathleen Maracle

December 30, 1959 – August 16, 2012 After a courageous battle with cancer and with her family by her side at home Kim passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2012. Dear daughter of Violet Barbier (nee Reed) and the late Joe Barbier. Cherished wife of Bruce E. Maracle for 29 years. Loving mother of Trevor & Stacey Maracle, Tanessa Leversedge (Roebuck), Miranda Maracle and Tiffaney Maracle. Treasured grandmother of Lucien Maracle, Fin Maracle and Austin Leversedge. Survived by her Brother Peter & Ursula Barbier. Kim will always be remembered by her Sister-in-laws Marilyn & William J. Brant, Patricia & Harvey Brant, Brenda & Harry Asselstine, Anne (Brian Maracle -Deceased), her many nieces and nephews and her Extended Family Barbara Brant & Adam Fillion, Joey McPhail, Marcus Kent, Jaidynn Fillion, Joe Brant & Miranda Brant, Tsyorasehstha Brant, Yakowennare Brant, Tim Brant, Laura Brant & Sean Kennedy, Carly-Rose Akey, Aaron Kennedy, Landon Kennedy, Sally Brant & Kevin Brant, Cael Brant, Christine & Tony Anton, Nicholas Anton. Kim worked with the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte as the Manager of Healthy Babies Health Children, she was the Past president of the Mohawk Agriculture Fair for many years, worked with the Mohawk Bus Lines Bus as a Driver and she was a Member of Belleville Legion Dart League for many years. She will be greatly missed and always remembered by her fellow employees and many members of these programs she participated in. Family and Friends will be received at McGlade Funeral Home, on Sunday, August 19, 2012 between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00p.m. Funeral Service to be held on Monday, August 20,2012 in the All Saints Church at 11a.m. Cremation to follow.
